Terra Sur opened its doors 2005 in the Carrollwood area of Tampa Bay. They offer Tampa a taste of Peru, acclaimed worldwide for its bounty of seafood dishes, as the birth place on Novo-Andino cuisine, ceviche and the home of more than 2000 varieties of potatoes, 35 varieties of corn. Terra Sur uses the grand diversity of Peruvian cuisine to create dishes like, Lomo Saltado; a hearty stir fry dish with strips of tenderloin, tomatoes, onions and french fries; Ceviche a cold dish of fresh red snapper "cooked" in lime juice with aji limo pepper, red onions, sweet potatoes and Peruvian corn.
